Governor Phil Scott has proclaimed November 18-22, 2024 Kids’ Chance  Awareness Week, to call attention to the challenges faced by the  families of workers who have been seriously or fatally injured on the  job. 

Since 2015, the Vermont chapter of Kids' Chance has awarded 26  scholarships totaling $170,000 to 13 students, helping them overcome  financial obstacles that can result from a parent's workplace injury.
